About

Gianmarco is a Mexican lawyer focused on constitutional law and access to justice. He graduated with mención honorífica in law from ITAM and practiced litigation and arbitration as a senior associate at a leading firm. His work spans infrastructure, human rights, free speech, transparency, anti-corruption, and the right to health. He also served as external counsel to a public-interest litigation NGO. As a Knight-Hennessy Scholar at Stanford, he is completing master’s degrees in law (JSM) and public policy (MPP), concentrating on AI Governance and Cybersecurity Policy and on using technology to widen access to justice.
